Create Your Products or Services + Address

In this section, we will walk you through the process of adding your products or services to your system. Additionally, we'll cover the option to include an address if relevant to your business.

Step 1: Access the System

Log in to your system or application using your administrator account or a privileged account that has access to product or service management features.

Step 2: Navigate to Product/Service Management

  1. Once logged in, navigate to the product or service management section of your system. This location may vary depending on the software or platform you are using. Look for options like "Product Management," "Service Management," or "Inventory."

Step 3: Add a Product or Service

  1. In the product or service management section, locate the option to add a new product or service.

  2. Click on the "Add Product" or "Add Service" button, depending on your business model.

Step 4: Enter Product/Service Details

  1. You will be prompted to enter the following details for the product or service:

    • Name: Provide a descriptive name for your product or service.

    • Description: Write a detailed description that explains what the product or service is, its features, benefits, and any other relevant information.

    • Price: Specify the price of the product or service. You can also set variations if you offer different pricing options.

    • Category: Assign the product or service to a category or group to help with organization and searchability.

    • Availability: Indicate whether the product or service is currently available or out of stock. You can set availability statuses such as "In Stock," "Out of Stock," or "Coming Soon."

    • Images: Upload high-quality images that showcase the product or service. Visuals play a crucial role in attracting customers.

  2. If you are offering physical products and need to include an address (e.g., for shipping), there may be an additional section for "Address" or "Location." Enter the relevant address details, including street address, city, state/province, postal code, and country.

Step 5: Set Additional Options (If Needed)

  1. Depending on your system's capabilities, you may have additional options to configure for your product or service, such as product variants, tax settings, shipping options, or subscription plans. Customize these settings according to your business requirements.

Step 6: Save and Publish

  1. After entering all the necessary details, review the information for accuracy.

  2. Click the "Save" or "Publish" button to add the product or service to your system. This makes it available for customers to view and purchase.

Step 7: Test and Verify

  1. To ensure that everything is set up correctly, visit your website or system's storefront and navigate to the product or service page to verify its appearance and functionality.

Optional: Add an Address

If you have a physical location or need to display an address associated with your products or services, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the address management section of your system. This might be labeled as "Location" or "Address Information."

  2. Add the relevant address details, including street address, city, state/province, postal code, and country.

  3. Save the address information.

Best Practices

  • Regularly update product or service details, prices, and availability to keep your offerings accurate and up to date.

  • Utilize high-quality images and detailed descriptions to enhance the presentation of your products or services.

  • If applicable, consider implementing a review and rating system to gather customer feedback and build trust.

  • Ensure that your website or system displays accurate and up-to-date contact information, especially if you include an address.
